Role Purpose

Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

* Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
* Perform hardware/software repairs and upgrades.
* Manage security settings and software updates.
* Collaborate with IT teams for complex issues.
* Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.
* Train users on basic IT practices and tools.
* Deploy and configure operating systems and enterprise applications.
* Manage imaging, patching, and software distribution (e.g., SCCM).
* Troubleshoot advanced hardware/software/network issues.
* Conduct security audits and apply compliance measures.
* Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
* Collaborate on IT projects and technology upgrades.
* Optimize desktop environments for performance and reliability.


Required Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
* Good to have experience with SCCM or similar imaging and patching tools.
* Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to manage IT assets and maintain documentation.
* Good communication and user training capabilities.
