The Goods and Services team within Procurement ACT is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing a wide range of procurements and whole-of-government contracts. We’re looking for a highly motivated professional who is confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and either possesses, or is eager to develop, a strong understanding of ACT Government procurement processes and policies. The successful applicant will be supported to grow their procurement skills in alignment with ACT Government procurement frameworks, contributing to improved procurement outcomes for both the ACT Government and the broader Canberra community.
