Clarence Valley Council is looking for a motivated and capable Foreman (Capital Works) to lead outdoor crews in the construction and maintenance of our road infrastructure across our region. As a Foreman in our Civil Services, Capital Works team, you will: Lead and supervise construction teams Plan, organise, and deliver high-quality roadworks and civil projects Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards Oversee plant, equipment, and subcontractors on-site Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Provide strong leadership, training, and support to your team You're a confident leader and skilled communicator who thrives in a hands-on role.
