About the role
* Assist in managing the end-to-end administrative processes that support the full property deal lifecycle, including preparing agency agreements, managing trust accounting and fee invoicing - while ensuring full compliance with CBRE policies and relevant legislative requirements.
* Provide high quality administrative support to a team of agents, including preparation of general correspondence and reports, managing corporate expense processing, coordinating team meetings and arranging travel as required.
* Salesforce – assist with database management, including tracking enquiries, opportunities, and pipelines for financial forecasting.
* Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information.
Marketing
* Creation and preparation of high-quality client submissions, pitches and presentations, including attending client presentations and liaising directly.
* Creating and managing marketing quotes for property campaigns.
* Coordinating external suppliers and organising bookings such as photography, signage, etc.
* Design and/or management of campaign marketing collateral, including information memorandums, signage, EDMs (electronic direct mail), online listings, digital/social media marketing, press releases, etc. ensuring all collateral meets the CBRE brand guidelines.
* Liaising with CBRE's advertising agency to ensure the smooth running of marketing campaigns.
* Liaising with relevant internal team members to obtain supporting information for marketing collateral.
About You
* Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
