Payroll Officer | Townsville
Full-Time Contract

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing while supporting a broader finance and administration function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively within a finance team.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end processing of weekly payroll, including pay increases, back pays and termination payments
2. Processing of monthly payments such as directors’ or executive fees (where applicable)
3. Interpretation and application of awards, agreements, and employment conditions
4. Maintain and audit employee payroll records
5. Preparation and reconciliation of end-of-year
