Sales Assistant / Optical Dispenser – Bright Eyes Optics
Part‐Time – Mona Vale, NSW
Permanent (Part‐Time, 2–3 days per week) or Casual shifts Jan‐Feb → Permanent from March/April (TBC)
The Role
A varied front‐of‐house position combining sales, dispensing support, and reception.
Key Duties
* Reception and administrative support, including appointment bookings.
* Confident handling of phone and in‐person enquiries.
* Assisting patients with frame and lens selection.
* Processing sales and payments.
* Maintaining a welcoming and organised practice environment.
About You
* Customer service or retail experience (optical experience advantageous).
* Clear, confident communication and professional phone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation.
* A genuine interest in eyewear and a flair for fashion.
* Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a small team.
