About the Role

* Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional results.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy, focusing on market share growth and customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, merchants, and resellers across QLD and NT.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive pipeline growth through effective account management and business development.
* Collaborate with the CEO to set regional sales targets and goals.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
* 7+ years of sales experience in building materials or construction.
* 3+ years of leadership experience in a commercial B2B setting.
* Deep knowledge of the Australian timber market, including grades, specs, and sustainability.
* A team-first leadership style with a focus on results and accountability.
* Strong commercial instincts and ability to turn strategy into action.
