Organisational Development Professional
This is a strategic role for an experienced and skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies that drive organisational change, improve workforce capability, and achieve business objectives.
Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions on a full range of HR matters. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, coordinating and implementing HR initiatives and projects, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organisational change and improvement.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
* Coordinate and implement HR initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
This is a busy and varied position requiring an experienced HR Generalist with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have experience working in a similar role, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
