Laurel House is seeking a skilled Counsellor to provide high-quality trauma-informed clinical support to victim-survivors of sexual assault and children with harmful sexual behaviours.
Job Description
This role involves working as part of a dedicated team, reporting to the Senior Counsellor. Key responsibilities include providing confidential, client-focused face-to-face and telephone counselling for adults, children, young people, and their support networks affected by sexual violence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counselling, or equivalent, with registration (AHPRA or relevant professional body). A minimum of three years of practice experience is also required.
