Transition Manager Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Transition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new and existing client transitions, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client transitions from the discovery phase through to delivery execution.
* Liaise with BPO teams, fund managers, custodians, and other interested third parties.
* Evaluate initiatives and ensure timely completion within budget objectives.
Skill Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in financial services and delivery management. They should have expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), SharePoint & Microsoft Office suite. Experience with relevant industry software is also essential.
