At Scheduling Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that work centers in the production department have a prioritized list of work orders to execute. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to drive process improvements and ensure schedule achievement.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of production schedulers to prioritize work orders and optimize production flow.
* Develop and implement business processes and tools to support production scheduling.
* Partner with production and supply chain management teams to ensure schedule achievement and identify areas for improvement.
* Educate stakeholders on production scheduling best practices and provide guidance on process improvements.
* Analyze data and metrics to measure production performance and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, logistics, or business.
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong record of achievement.
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading a medium to large team in a complex organization.
* Purchasing/APICS certification is highly desired.
* Strong analytical and written skills, with ability to influence others and design processes.
