**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Efficient operation of all blasting equipment to meet operational requirements
- Housekeeping of blasting and other areas as required
- Ensure WH&S requirements are adhered to
- Follow all work instructions and adhere to work plan
**You will require the following skills and experience to be successful**:
- Experience in a similar role desired but not essential (full training will be provided).
- Ability to learn and pick up on new things quickly
- Willing to work overtime including weekends when required
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Working as part of a team, communicate effectively with all team members
