About This Role
This role is varied, fast-paced, and full of learning opportunities. You will work closely with our People & Culture team, supporting employees across multiple offices.
* Work with our internal recruiter, including taking briefs, helping with interviews, and preparing offer paperwork.
* Manage employee onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
* Prepare HR documents such as contracts, policy updates, and employment letters.
* Contribute to employee engagement activities and help create a positive workplace culture.
* Support training and development initiatives, and assist with offboarding and exit interviews.
* Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting tasks.
Requirements
* A Cert IV or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Around 1-2 years' experience in an HR admin or coordinator role.
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
* An organized and proactive approach, with excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
