Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will own the details of our product marketing assets, ensuring our messaging is grounded in reality, and add immense value while ensuring alignment to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role will create high‐fidelity frameworks that bridge the gap between our product's reality and the strategic needs of our most demanding users. The manager will establish the gold standard for how we communicate complex features, ensuring our brand narrative is technically accurate and compelling.
Location
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of three days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high‐fidelity customer‐facing artifacts that map complex product capabilities directly to the technical requirements of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Support the evolution of the brand narrative by synthesizing high‐level business value with granular technical content, ensuring the "how it works" is as compelling as the "why it matters".
* Build upon technical templates ensuring complex features and their value are communicated to customers with scalability.
* Develop technical content for the sales enablement strategy across the entire Nuix ecosystem, translating sophisticated product specs into actionable sales playbooks.
* Create deep‐dive technical training, demo environments, and support complex proof‐of‐concept (PoC) initiatives.
* Serve as the technical bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring go‐to‐market strategies are grounded in engineering reality.
* Assist the Senior Product Marketing Manager with their responsibilities.
Experience and Capabilities
* Curiosity and excitement in identifying complex software architecture or data‐heavy features and turning them into digestible, compelling B2B value propositions.
* Experience building demos for Solutions Consultants and Sales Engineers.
* A history of acting as the "connective tissue" between Product teams and the Go‐To‐Market (GTM) teams.
Skills and Behaviors
* The ability to simplify dense, technical topics into engaging stories without losing technical integrity.
* Curiosity in highly technical concepts and an interest in the technical nature of our product portfolio and our customer base.
* Collaborate closely with developers and engineers while maintaining a focus on the customer's business problem.
* A natural tendency to understand why and how systems are built the way they are.
