About the role
We're looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives on a casual basis to help customers plan their journey to ensure they get where they need to be.
When a member of the public has been involved in a motor accident, resulting in that vehicle becoming immobile, the vehicle owner, a member of the public or Victoria Police may call the Accident Allocation Center and request a tow truck to be sent out to remove the vehicle.
The consultant's job will be to handle these call types, correctly organizing the tow truck to be sent out to the scene while also handling other call types associated with the requests (following up on a job, closing out a job, etc.).

A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Problem-solving prowess and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate across multiple platforms and software.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but a fantastic attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
Must-haves
Full work rights to work within Australia.
A National Police clearance – satisfactory requirements to be met.
Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 6am to 12am.
