The Role:
As the 'go-to' person, this position will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills daily. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
* Manage diary and provide daily administrative support
* Coordinate photography, inspections, and off-site appointments
* Prepare agency agreements, appraisals, and listing presentations
* Oversee end-to-end campaign coordination, including client, vendor, and supplier management
* Organise marketing collateral and prepare agents for open homes and auctions
* Manage the exchange-to-settlement process
* Attend mid-week opens and assist with in-office and on-site sales preparation
* Support with personal tasks such as dry cleaning, event planning, and errands
