We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and take charge of delivering exceptional service, premium dining, and unforgettable moments for our guests.

About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, working closely with senior management to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality. This is a hands-on role ideal for a dynamic and service-driven professional with proven experience in luxury or fine dining environments.

Salary: $95,000 per annum excluding superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the front-of-house team to consistently deliver five-star service
• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail
• Elevate the guest experience by anticipating needs and personalising service
• Manage rosters, labour costs, inventory, and ordering to meet operational and financial goals
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation in collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams
• Train and mentor staff to support continuous improvement and team morale
• Work with senior leadership to execute special events and VIP experiences
• Handle administrative responsibilities, reporting, and guest feedback with professionalism

About You

You are a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for luxury dining and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service. Your leadership style is hands-on, collaborative, and inspiring.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a management role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• RSA, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, and a valid Driver’s Licence (all essential)
• Willingness to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, stock control, and team performance
