Your new role: As Community Nursing Director, you will operate at a senior executive level, providing authoritative leadership, governance and operational oversight across Addiction Services. You will act as a trusted advisor and deputy to the Director of Addiction Services, influencing service design, performance, workforce and system integration at scale. You will: * Provide contemporary nursing leadership across Addiction Services * Lead clinical and corporate governance, quality and safety frameworks * Drive strategic service planning, performance and system reform * Oversee workforce capability, financial stewardship and resource allocation * Represent Addiction Services on executive, statewide and multi-agency forums About you: You are a highly accomplished senior nurse leader recognised for your ability to lead complex services, influence system-level change and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments.
