About the role
As a Sales Representative at NOWA Power Products, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience within our local retail store. This full-time role will see you engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations, and closing sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets. The role is based in our Bundaberg East, QLD 4670 location.
What you'll be doing
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable and attentive customer service to all customers who enter the store
* Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our range of Market leading brands of Ride on, Zero turn and push mowers, CF Moto side by sides, accessories and spares.
* Identifying customer needs and making appropriate product recommendations
* Processing sales transactions and handling cash and non-cash payments
* Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
* Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
* Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably within the Lawn Care and garden equipment industry, would be an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
* Excellent product knowledge and a passion for hitting sales targets.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of collective goals
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering a positive shopping experience
* Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
