Your new role:
Prioritising personal and business safety at all times
Conducting testing of lifting equipment on-site and off-site
Performing maintenance and service repairs on products
Delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Travelling to customer sites either DIDO or FIFO when and as required
Collaborating with the support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
What you will bring with you:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability to FIFO from Kalgoorlie to customer sites
Capability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at the Kalgoorlie branch. As part of the role, there is the requirement to travel to customer sites including DIDO and FIFO
