Job Title: Salesforce Cloud Support Specialist
This role is critical in supporting and enhancing cloud-based services, ensuring efficient and accessible solutions are delivered to end-users across the country.
* Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
* Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components (FlexCards, Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).
* Build end-to-end automated processes using Salesforce declarative tools.
* Administer system configurations, user management, and data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
* Monitor and deploy changes using an established DevOps framework and version control systems.
* Troubleshoot integration issues across platforms including MuleSoft.
* Perform log analysis and support the development of event monitoring and alerting.
* Document system configurations, processes, and provide technical training and knowledge transfer.
* Collaborate across business, architecture, and data teams in an Agile environment.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Proven expertise with Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio components.
* A strong understanding and hands-on exposure to Object-Oriented Programming and Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Classes) for debugging and minor enhancements.
* Proficiency in version control, branching, and metadata deployment practices.
* Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder.
* Prior experience supporting Experience Cloud.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an added advantage.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or Vlocity Certification will be highly regarded.
* A strong interest or experience in accessible design and development.
