Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will have experience in IT account management or customer success, preferably in the Managed Services IT industry.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them get the most from our managed IT services.
Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships for Managed Services Agreements (MSAs), Cloud, Networking and Telephony services.
* Advise clients on IT strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and technology roadmaps.
* Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service issues and deliver solutions.
* Identify opportunities to improve client environments (network, security, cloud migration).
* Present and quote IT solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, network hardware, and cybersecurity products.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest in IT managed services, cloud platforms, and security trends.

Requirements
* Experience in IT account management or customer success (MSP/IT services preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, organised, and tech-focused
* Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients
