Epiroc is seeking a Key Account Manager to provide productive and innovative equipment solutions to one of the world's leading resource companies.
This critical role will build and strengthen long-term relationships across multiple sites and functions, ensuring our products, technologies, and services are aligned with their operational and strategic priorities.

- A technical aptitude - you don't need to be an expert regarding machinery as you will be supported in that space, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
- A competitive nature - the desire to succeed for your customer, yourself and Epiroc
- It would be highly advantageous if you have the ability to read and speak Mandarin
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple operations
- Account Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan ensuring Epiroc’s solutions deliver measurable value
- Innovation & Value Delivery: Identify and promote innovations that align with customer goals in safety, productivity, decarbonization, and digital transformation
- Commercial Management: Manage contract performance, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure alignment with agreed terms, pricing structures, and KPIs
- Forecasting & Operational Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate customer demand and align internal planning with project and production schedules
- Issue Management: Act as a point of escalation to resolve technical, operational, or commercial issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic account management, technical sales, or mining services—preferably with major mining companies
- Strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex customer relationships
- Experience working in or supporting remote mining operations is advantageous
