Overview
Insight Fundraising is one of Australia’s leading fundraising agencies looking to build a remote team of callers to support amazing charities.
This role is remote and based in Queensland, with the opportunity to contribute to charities like Animal Welfare League, Sporting Wheelies & PCYC and more.
What this role is for
This role is ideal for people who:
- Already have sales, customer service, or hospitality experience and can transfer those skills into tele sales.
- Are self-sufficient, reliable, and organised — you’ll be working independently from home.
- Enjoy talking to people and can build rapport quickly.
- Are in uni, backpacking, or an early career professional seeking flexible earnings.
- Want meaningful work that helps fund amazing charities.
- Have confidence on the phone and can keep energy up while handling objections.
- Have transferable experience from sales, customer service, retail, call centres, or hospitality.
- Have solid time management skills and can work independently without daily in-office oversight.
- Have basic computer literacy (typing, CRM navigation, video calls).
- Can use Microsoft Teams.
- Have a quiet, reliable home workspace with reliable internet.
Location restrictions
Must be based in QLD.
This role is strictly for applicants based in Queensland; applicants outside the state will not be considered.
Interview & induction
Candidates must be able to attend a 3-day interview & induction in-person from 30 August to 2 September (Gold Coast area; address will be provided).
