The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. 
This is a full-time role with sponsorship available under the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa program.
About the Role
This position requires availability to work weekends as part of your regular shift pattern.
1. Preparing and cooking high-quality, authentic Mexican dishes according to recipes and customer orders
2. Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
3. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations
6. Providing exceptional customer service and a great dining experience for our patrons
About You
1. Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent work experience
2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in a fast paced restaurant
3. Food Safety Certificate
4. Excellent knowledge of foods and cooking techniques
5. Ability to work well in a dynamic family owned team-oriented workplace
6. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
7. Passion for creating delicious, authentic Mexican dishes
8. Experience with Mexican cuisine is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
9. Australian work rights required or visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates
