Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished scientist to join our research team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary group, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge laboratory research and contributing to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches for age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Your primary objective will be to design and execute experiments from in vitro mechanistic studies to in vivo disease models, aiming to identify and validate new drug candidates that can significantly improve AMD management.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct high-quality wet laboratory research
 * Prepare and analyze experimental data
 * Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and project reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a PhD in biomedical sciences, optometry, vision science, ophthalmology, pharmacology, or a related discipline, with strong technical skills in cell culture, microscopy, molecular biology, and immunohistochemistry. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a passion for advancing vision and eye health through world-class education and research.
