Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse in Child and Youth Mental Health
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse in Child and Youth Mental Health. You will be responsible for delivering high-level clinical services to vulnerable families, promoting optimal outcomes for consumers, their infants, carers, stakeholders, and the community.
As an experienced Nurse Practitioner, you will draw upon your professional competencies to improve clinical service outcomes through effective research and quality improvement activities. You will also lead, advise, and mentor other nurses and clinicians to ensure high-level clinical excellence in CYMHS.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate extensive clinical experience and advanced clinical competencies as an endorsed Nurse Practitioner, with experience working in a senior capacity delivering services in an Early Years Mental Health environment.
* Utilize advanced holistic nursing expertise in clinical judgement in assessment and management of acute risk for vulnerable families, including high-level knowledge and practical application of Tasmanian Legislation and Frameworks.
* Apply problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills with the ability to make independent or collaborative judgements.
