We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and possess high attention and problem-solving capabilities.


Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support across all facets of our operations. This will include processing orders accurately and on time, coordinating packaging orders and delivery schedules, liaising with transport providers, maintaining organised filing systems, and ensuring accurate recording of invoices and financial documentation.

* Liaise with transport providers to ensure smooth logistics
* Maintain organised and up-to-date filing and record keeping systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
