Instructional Design Expert
The role of an Instructional Designer is to create high-quality learning experiences that cater to the needs of diverse learners. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging and effective digital content that aligns with the intended learning objectives
* Design and develop courses, modules, and whole curriculum activities for synchronous and asynchronous delivery
* Provide consultation and guidance on quality assurance processes and online faculty development and support
Requirements:
1. Masters degree in Instructional Design or a related field
2. Knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning technologies, and digital pedagogy
3. Experience in instructional design theories and methods, as well as project management and communication skills
