**Requirements**:
? **Minimum 2 years** of professional gardening experience
? **Certificate II in Horticulture** (or higher)
? Strong knowledge of **quality gardening techniques**
? Ability to **operate and maintain professional gardening tools**
? **Excellent communication skills** and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
? **Fluent in English** (spoken and written)
? **Valid Australian Driver's Licence** (mandatory)
? **Current National Police Clearance** (or willingness to obtain)
