Opportunity: Director – Risk Location: Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Director – Risk, you will lead teams in developing and delivering advice on risk and compliance frameworks across several sectors, and operational risk management and resilience solutions. You will oversee successful delivery of engagements, manage client relationships, monitor profitability and budgets, coach the team, and play a key role in business development.
Responsibilities
Lead teams in designing and operating risk and compliance frameworks.
Provide advice on operational risk management and resilience solutions.
Deliver engagements, managing client relationships, profitability, budgets, and coaching the team.
Build the firm's profile and your own through business development.
Qualifications
Extensive consulting experience in advising clients on risk frameworks, control uplifts, and operational risk and resilience matters.
Experience as operational risk practitioner, supporting clients with CPS 230 implementation.
Proven ability to build a profitable business through client relationship creation and development.
Experience managing multiple projects throughout their entire engagement lifecycle.
