A fantastic opportunity has become available at Grays for a highly motivated, customer focused and detail-oriented individual to join our Shared Services (Auto/Boats/Caravans) team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to the Queensland State Business Development Managers and managing and supporting vendors in the disposal of their assets. Reporting to the Shared Services Manager - Auto: Corporate & Dealer and working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you'll be working in a high-energy, motivated, fast-paced environment.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Efficiently managing the day-to-day requests and requirements of the vendor's account, including payments.
- Ensuring vehicles are disposed of in a timely manner, in accordance with set KPIs.
- Overseeing the vendors stock through the various sales channels, including quality control of presentation onsite/online.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Working extensively within the Auction Management System and the Grays website.
- Providing excellent internal and external stakeholder service and communication.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team culture.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential).
- A proactive, adaptable, positive team attitude, including a willingness to jump in and assist others as needed.
