Job Description
* Build strong working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
* Proactively manage the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
* Develop project management plans, programs, budgets, and other key project deliverables.
* Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, and more.
* Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting.
* Manage project budgets and advise on options to stay on track.
* Lead project meetings with clients and consultants.
* Manage internal project administration, including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management, and contract risk.
* Broaden business through engagement, marketing, and tendering activities.
* Mentor and support junior colleagues for professional growth.
* Provide contract administration and represent the Superintendent as needed.
* Take meeting minutes and draft PSC reports and monthly reviews.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
* Familiarity with Aconex is advantageous.
* Familiarity with the Design Phase is highly desirable.
* Construction Contract Administration experience is highly desirable.
* A Bachelor's qualification in a construction-related field or intentions to do so are required. Alternatively, 10+ years of industry experience without a Bachelor's qualification.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including native-level English fluency, are essential.
