We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Operations Manager to join our growing Australian team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our logistics operations in Australia.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop high-performing warehouse and operations teams
* Oversee site operations to ensure SLA compliance and exceptional customer experience
* Drive efficiency and cost optimisation through data-driven decision making
* Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
* Manage logistics resources and workflow to meet evolving customer needs
* Coach, train, and develop future leaders within the team
Your Profile
* Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
* Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS highly valued) and MS Office
* Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
