As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll oversee a residential portfolio and represent the interests of landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Leasing of properties
- Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews
- Completing vacate inspections
- Managing ingoing and routine inspections with Property Manager
- Delivering outstanding landlord and tenant client service
- Arrears management
- Other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management
About You
- Are highly organised and can confidently prioritise tasks
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Are committed to excellence in both your career and personal growth
