An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced person (minimum 2 years in a similar role) to join our diverse Hire company, located in Crestmead QLD. Established for over 20 years, our Company is at the forefront of its market, and services a variety of top tier clients and events Australia wide.
This role, offered in a part time capacity, is to provide Administration Support to our National Administration Manager. As our business is highly seasonal, work hours will increase over the busy summer period. Availability to work increased hours from September to March is essential, including the Christmas and New Year period.
This role can, at times, be busy with multiple stakeholders requiring information quickly. A cool head and positive mindset is a must.
**Duties of this role may include**:
- Undertaking administrative duties - telephones, filing, outbound mail, invoicing, collating paperwork
- Liaise with customers, both potential and existing
- Issue work tasks to mechanics in the field
- Job allocation to internal staff
- Data entry
- Maintaining CRM
- Be versatile; ready to take on tasks and have a "can-do" attitude
- Be intuitive; a strong sense of priority and organisation
- Be a communicator; assertive and well spoken
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Have a willingness to learn - _full training will be provided for all of our systems_
- Have the ability to work as a team member or to work un-supervised
- Have the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
- Have own transport
