You’ll play a defining role in establishing our UK office and shaping the brand direction for a major client partnership.

About the role

The initial focus of this role will be on one of our flagship global clients, a leading global marketing technology platform. As part of our creative agency team, you’ll manage a fast-paced, strategically complex account that spans brand, content, and digital execution across the EMEA region.

Based in the UK, you’ll be the key day-to-day contact for the client—working closely with their internal marketing, product, and partnerships teams, collaborating with a UK-based designer, and coordinating with our broader creative, strategy, and production team in Sydney. Confidence in managing time zones, leading remote communication, and keeping projects running smoothly across continents is essential.

You’ll need to be comfortable navigating complexity, moving between high-level strategy and hands-on delivery, and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation. We’re looking for someone with start-up energy—someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds relationships quickly, and sees opportunity beyond the brief. You’ll also play a key role in helping Chello grow its UK presence—whether through nurturing referrals, leading new business conversations, or pitching to prospective clients.

Do you have:

* Proven experience in a senior account management capacity within an agency environment, either as an Account Director or as a high-performing Senior Account Manager with demonstrated ability to assume Director-level responsibilities.
* Experience working with creative teams and clients
* Experience delivering end-to-end integrated campaign management
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environment
* Strategic experience with confident client-facing communication
* Comfortable working across time zones and with remote teams
* Strong commercial skills—confident with scoping, quoting, and budget management
* Experience presenting creative and strategic work to clients
* Previous involvement in new business or pitch development (a bonus)
* Familiarity with B2B marketing, particularly within SaaS or tech platforms (ideal but not essential)

Are you comfortable with:

* Leading proposals, quoting, internal briefings, kick-off meetings, and project delivery
* Keeping work on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic intent
* Ensuring creative and strategic fidelity to the brief
* Presenting confidently to clients and contributing meaningfully to strategic discussions
* Tracking revenue pipeline and reporting against targets
* Identifying growth opportunities within accounts
* Helping shape and implement internal and external tools and processes for better collaboration
