Overview
Tradewind Australia is recruiting Diploma qualified Educators and Early Childhood Teachers across multiple locations in Victoria as part of the Funded Kindergarten for 3- and 4-Year-Olds. Roles are in regional communities with attractive relocation incentives.
Locations and incentives
Locations: Across the Wimmera and surrounding regional areas.
Relocation incentives: Tier 1 ($9,000) for Educators, Tier 2 ($21,000) for Teachers - available in 2026.
About the roles
Early Childhood Teachers
As a Bachelor-qualified teacher, you will lead high-quality kindergarten programs, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to positive educational outcomes. You\'ll work with a team, guided by the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Educators
As a Diploma-qualified Educator, you\'ll support program delivery, foster inclusive and engaging learning environments, and build nurturing relationships with children aged 3-5 years.
Requirements / Skills & Experience
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar Early Childhood Teaching or Educator role
* Proven ability to model positive and appropriate behaviours when engaging with children
* Good understanding of how young children learn and develop, including different learning styles
* Strong knowledge of current curriculum approaches and approved early childhood frameworks
* Able to plan, write, and deliver appropriate education programs for kindergarten-aged children
* Skilled at building respectful, meaningful relationships with children and meeting their needs
* Can plan, manage time, and work independently
* Strong communication, leadership, and people skills, with the ability to work well with children, families, and professionals
* Works well as part of a team in a flexible, respectful, and professional way
* Strong documentation and written communication skills
Early Childhood Teachers:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* VIT Registration
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training
Educators:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* WWCC (Employee) and First Aid qualifications
