About the role
We are seeking a vibrant and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Mount Pritchard. The Accounts Payable Officer processes, verifies and reconciles supplier invoices and completes payments in accordance with payment terms and service level agreements. You will maintain open communication with stakeholders and management regarding payment details and report internally on a daily cashflow basis.
Your duties will include
 * Capture all supplier invoices and credit notes in our automated Accounts Payable software
 * Code invoices, obtain proper authorisation with supporting documentation, and process payments in line with terms
 * Respond to vendors and stakeholders' queries promptly and professionally
 * Set up payments in the relevant banking platforms per scheduled payment runs
 * Maintain the Creditors Master Files and our automated AP software
Your toolkit
To be successful, you ideally possess the following skills and experiences:
 * 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
 * Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
 * Experience in hospitality and clubs' industry is desirable
 * Strong attention to detail, organisational and customer service skills
 * Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Positive and professional attitude
 * Experience with ERP systems (Adept or similar) and AP automation (e.g., Medius) or similar
