If you thrive on building executive relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving measurable customer impact, this role puts you at the centre of transforming Australia's trade industry.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own and elevate relationships with high-value enterprise customers. You'll act as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients unlock maximum value from a world-class SaaS platform purpose-built for trade and service businesses.

This is not a reactive support role, this is strategic, consultative, and high-impact. You will manage a portfolio of 35 enterprise commercial customers, each requiring a premium, high-touch experience and executive-level engagement.

Primary Duties are:

* Own and nurture senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients
* Deliver a best-in-class, consultative customer experience
* Drive product adoption, retention, and long-term growth
* Solve complex operational challenges with strategic, out-of-the-box thinking
* Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Monitor platform usage and proactively anticipate client needs
* Partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions at scale
* Mentor and support newer team members
* You will be the trusted advisor, problem solver, and growth driver for your portfolio.

What You Bring:

1. 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing Project Management within SaaS or global tech
2. Proven success managing high-value or enterprise accounts
3. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
5. Confidence translating complex technology into clear business outcomes
6. A proactive, self-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast-scaling environment
