Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced
UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Functional, Integration & Deployment Consultant
for a contract to lead configuration, integration, deployment, and production support for UKG WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions).
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure UKG WFM: organisational structures, labor categories, jobs, pay/work rules, accruals, and scheduling.
* Lead site deployments, rollout planning, and cutover support.
* Validate and optimise WFM setup for compliance with Australian awards, Enterprise Agreements, and payroll requirements.
* Design and support integrations between UKG WFM and payroll systems using APIs/middleware (e.g., Boomi).
* Support testing (SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs) and provide production support.
* Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures for BAU handover.
Required Skills & Experience:
* UKG WFM (Dimensions) Functional Consultant certification or equivalent.
* Hands-on experience configuring and deploying UKG WFM in production.
* Knowledge of Australian payroll, awards, Enterprise Agreements, and unionised environments.
* Experience with payroll system integrations and data validation.
* Familiarity with UKG APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi).
Desirable Skills:
* UKG Technical/Integration or API certification
* Experience mentoring BAU teams or post-go-live optimisation
