**The Role**:
Your daily duties will include however not be limited to;
- Collection and management of overdue accounts 60 and 90 days
- Reducing DSO's
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Prompt & efficient handling of all disputes and enquiries
- Developing monthly/weekly performance reports
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Meeting monthly Cash Targets
- Effective time management skills within a busy, high-pressured and changing environment
You must have excellent customer service skills and possess good verbal and communication skills. Ability to effectively reduce DSO's and manage your own ledger. You will be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
