General Manager Asset Management
Position located in Brisbane. Responsible for full oversight of fixed and mobile assets across multiple sites. The asset base is evolving with plans to expand into WA and diversify into the WA metalliferous industry. The role involves developing and maintaining the asset register and creating planned and predictive maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish structure and consistency for Maintenance and Engineering across sites.
* Develop and maintain the asset register.
* Create planned and predictive maintenance strategies for fixed and mobile assets.
* Investigate and grow the asset base as the company expands into WA.
* Make maintenance decisions despite incomplete information and act quickly.
* Drive improvements in consistency, standards, and asset management across locations.

Required Skills and Experience

* Background in blasting/explosives (essential).
* Experience with both mobile and fixed plant.

Location & Travel
Brisbane‐based with travel across sites as needed.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable and will be tailored around an attractive base with incentives.
