2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
3. Determine staffing requirements, onboard and train new staff
4. Lead and manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
5. Complete regular inspections and audits
6. Prepare client proposals and assist with tender responses
7. Implement and manage health and safety practices
8. Monitor individual and team performance and take action to address identifiable learning and development needs
9. Proactively manage HR and employee performance issues
10. Ensure services are provided to the highest standard
