Our Property team is responsible for providing strategic advice on the management of all freehold and leasehold assets. This includes a diverse portfolio of properties across Australia and New Zealand.
**Job Description:**
The Property Asset Manager will be a key member of our team, supporting the day to day management of the property portfolio and implementing improved systems and processes. They will oversee the administration functions that support the leasehold properties and freehold sites, including rent and outgoings payable in excess of $50 million per annum.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively manage CSR's commercial property database and develop and implement improved systems and processes.
- Oversee the administration functions that support the leasehold properties and freehold sites, including rent and outgoings payable in excess of $50 million per annum.
- Lease administration and arrears management.
- Develop and manage CSR's property records and legal documentation.
- Assist the business units with financial reporting requirements for the lease portfolio.
- Manage ad hoc outgoings payments via the business units and work with accounts payable to ensure all payments are made correctly in accordance with lease obligations.
- Provide ongoing assistance to the property team as required.
- Manage the communication between CSR and landlords on a day to day basis.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- Good Microsoft skills are a prerequisite and SAP experience would be beneficial.
- Business related degree desirable.
- Proven strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A friendly and positive disposition, which will combine with an ability to work as part of a close knit, high performing team.
