About the Opportunity
You will work in a front-line nursing role, providing essential care to Community Nursing clients in the Peninsula Sector. Community nursing plays a vital role in supporting patient flow from inpatient settings to the community, ensuring continuity of care and promoting client wellbeing.
The Enrolled Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, working under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to support and care for patients to:
* Deliver safe and appropriate care to clients in the community.
* Provide nursing care within scope of practice and consistent with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Professional Practice Framework.
* Work within the team environment supporting other and less experienced staff where applicable.
* Ensure delegated nursing responsibilities are within own scope of practice and appropriate supervision is accessible to support safe practice.
* Provide individual client care as a member of a nursing team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Be accountable for practice and participate in own Performance Management process.
* Participate in professional and self-development activities.
* Contribute to the profession of nursing.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Current registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration) and hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
* Demonstrated Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to Community Nursing.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
* Demonstrated ability to accept accountability and responsibility for own actions within Enrolled Nurses scope of practice and works within the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Councils (ANMS) Framework ?Competency Standards for the Enrolled Nurse?.
