* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex hospital development.
* Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and commercial requirements.
* Drive high standards in safety, quality, and risk management.
* Foster a strong team culture with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

* Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale health infrastructure projects.
* Extensive experience working with a Tier 1 or leading head contractor in a leadership role.
* Deep understanding of health planning, clinical stakeholder engagement, and highly serviced building delivery.
* Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience.
* Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with state government clients and senior stakeholders.
