Apprentice Carpenter based in Northern & Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne – Hands-On Start to a Long-Term Trade Career
Are you looking to launch your carpentry career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth?
Melbourne Cladding Solutions is a growing residential carpentry business specialising in exterior cladding, exterior renovations, and energy-efficient home upgrades. We're seeking a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our crew and learn from experienced, supportive leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist with weatherboard cladding, timber feature walls, and external carpentry work
* Learn how to read plans, handle tools safely, and contribute to high-quality builds
* Receive full support as you work toward your Certificate III in Carpentry
* Gain exposure to real job sites in Melbourne’s North and East
You Bring
* A great attitude and willingness to learn
* A car, driver’s licence, and readiness to travel to local job sites
* Physical fitness for outdoor hands-on work
* A Cert II in Building & Construction is a bonus (not essential)
We Offer
* $20–$30 per hour (above award)
* Fuel allowance paid each fortnight
* Tools, uniform, and PPE provided
* Quarterly bonuses based on performance
* Paid birthday off
* Career progression into crew leadership roles
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
