Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the brand and business agenda for Johns Lyng Group through the development, refinement and successful execution of a talent management system and well considered solutions. You will implement and manage a blueprint of structure, processes, tools and systems that will support the rapid growth and expansion of the organisation.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain, monitor, and enforce HR standards, practices, and policies
- Provide leadership and solutions for individual and teams regarding employee relations
- Manage and develop critical systems, processes, and tools for an integrated approach to employee onboarding
- Work with managers to drive performance, accountability, and execution of results
- Drive strategies and solutions that support the engagement, contributions, and satisfaction of employees
- Assist with biannual talent reviews for every employee in the group
- Address any gaps in HR management and information systems
- Drive, influence and develop a compelling company culture
- Ensure JLG strives for and maintains a national reputation as an energising and motivating employer of choice
- Some travel will be required with this position
- Additional tasks and deliverables as defined by your direct manager
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business or related field
- Strong influencer, engager, and problem solver
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid relationship and rapport building skills
- An understanding of corporate environments
- Ability to work well autonomously and in high pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Can-do and positive attitude
- Calm, empathetic, and honest nature
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
