About the role
Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using Clinique's dermatologist-developed approach
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term client relationships
Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance
Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and treatment systems
Educate clients on tailored routines and product benefits to help them achieve their best skin
Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked, and visually merchandised to Clinique standards
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
Participate in in-store events, launches, and brand activations
Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter environment
Represent the Clinique brand with professional grooming, presentation, and a passion for skin health
